Job Description:**Option:**
The individual will be responsible for identifying root causes of quality issues through analysis and investigation, developing corrective actions with associated due dates, and following up with production teams to ensure implementation and effectiveness. They will also lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in quality processes and systems. Furthermore, they will implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards and regulations. The individual will conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing process at various stages to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards. Additionally, they will lead a team of quality control inspectors and technicians, overseeing their daily activities, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure the smooth operation of quality control processes. Daily meetings will be conducted with the quality control and production teams to discuss ongoing issues, prioritize tasks, and communicate any changes in procedures or standards. Finally, the individual will conduct audits of manufacturing processes and products according to standards whenever defects are repeated, involving thorough examination and assessment to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Skills:
- any Bachelor degree
- 1 – 3 years of experience in similar role or relevant.
- Manufacturing background is a Must.
- High ability to interpret data and statistics.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control Standards & procedures.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Very Good command English language.
