Job Description:
- SQM (Supplier Quality Management):
– Raises and manages quality complaints to suppliers caused by issues raised/detected by customers or internally.
– Plan the inspection activities of receiving materials and shipment in accordance to the relevant working procedures/instructions and the specific requirements of the customers.
– Ensures follow-up of Supplier quality Costs.
– Responsible for creating/updating relevant procedures of incoming inspection.
– Creates concepts for improvement and presents results related to its area of responsibility.
– Responsible for requesting, archiving and approving of PPAP’s / PSW.
– Ensures that the components required for production are approved (PSW / PPAP) before performing reception in warehouse.
– Monitors and follows up on onhold areas with supplier related issues.
– Regularly reviews control plans / inspection documents of the incoming inspection.
- QA (Quality Assurance):
– Prepare and lead the management review activities within the plant level.
– Ensure the compliance of the plant procedures with customer regulations, ISO 9001.
– Implements and generalizes corrective and preventive actions resulted from audits.
– Plan and ensure follow-up for the internal audit plan within the plant.
– Ensure the analysis and submission of the corrective and preventive actions resulting from ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / product audits (IMQ / UL) and customer audits.
– Ensure the closure/verification of PDCA of Internal System Audit.
– Ensures documents control in the plant level.
– Ensure sufficient level of knowledge in the plant of quality tools, methods and standards (QRQC, PDCA, …).
