Quality Engineer

Job Description:**Midea Electric Egypt seeks to recruit a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Engineer. The incumbent will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and oversight of company Quality Procedures in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS), encompassing market occurrences, factory operations, and supplier processes. This role includes conducting supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, alongside the investigation and analysis of key customer complaints within the Egyptian and East African markets.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Monitor quality performance indicators (in production or from customer feedback) and support early detection and response to quality risks.**
* **Collaborate with internal departments (such as production, R&D, and after-sales) and/or external partners (such as suppliers or service providers) to resolve quality issues and implement improvement actions.**
* **Support and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to customer complaints, audit findings, or internal/external non-conformities.**
* **Contribute to evaluating material and product quality during incoming inspection, production, or market feedback stages.**
* **Participate in root cause analysis and apply quality tools to drive continuous improvement.**
* **Assist in auditing quality systems, processes, or suppliers and support follow-up of corrective actions.**
* **Provide technical support in ensuring that after-sales service or logistics performance meets customer expectations and company standards.**
* **Participate in investigating and analyzing product quality issues, whether occurring in the market or within the factory or supplier processes.**
* **Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order).**
