Job Description:**Assume leadership and oversight of the Quality Control (QC) team, encompassing the strategic assignment of responsibilities, the efficient execution of departmental functions in accordance with organizational regulations, the cultivation of interdepartmental synergy to optimize operational efficacy and minimize redundancies, the establishment and maintenance of a robust Quality Management System (QMS), adherence to QAITI protocols, and the meticulous management of all quality-related documentation to satisfy prevailing industry benchmarks.**
Skills:
- An Engineering Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- 7 to 9 years of Experience in the Electrical Industry.
- Experience in the Transformer Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment,
