Job Description:**Option 1: Emphasizing Responsibility and Oversight**

Assume comprehensive responsibility for the Quality Control (QC) department, encompassing leadership and management of the QC team. This includes ensuring the effective delegation of tasks, the seamless operation of departmental activities, and strict adherence to organizational policies. Cultivate robust communication and collaborative relationships with both the QC team and other departments to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), QAITI standards, and all pertinent quality documentation, adhering to established industry best practices. Provide oversight of all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, document archiving, and verification of test certificate completeness. Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives through the development, implementation, and periodic review of procedures, work instructions, and process flows, with the objective of enhancing departmental performance. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for system, process, and practice enhancements to achieve high-quality and cost-effective outcomes. Generate and analyze performance reports, submit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management, and represent the QC department in production meetings. Effectively communicate quality-related issues and improvement strategies to all surface equipment employees, and actively participate in technical meetings to address relevant concerns. Support and champion APC’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plan and initiatives, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations and fostering a safe working environment. Conduct monthly safety meetings for QC staff, promptly report all incidents, and provide assistance to Quality Assurance (QA) during audits as required.
