Assume responsibility for the development and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ensuring adherence to client specifications and relevant international standards. Manage and coordinate all on-site quality control activities pertaining to civil, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines. Oversee the monitoring and inspection of materials, equipment, and workmanship to verify compliance with contractual obligations, approved method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Conduct routine internal audits and site inspections to detect non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective actions. Guarantee the accuracy and maintenance of all quality-related documentation, including test reports, material certificates, calibration records, and quality logs. Act as the primary liaison with client QC/QA representatives, third-party inspectors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of quality expectations. Review and approve quality submissions from subcontractors, encompassing method statements, quality control procedures, and inspection records. Direct and support commissioning and performance testing phases, ensuring comprehensive documentation and the preparation of handover packages. Maintain a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system and administer root cause analysis and resolution processes. Provide training and mentorship to QC personnel and promote continuous improvement within quality control functions. Coordinate with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), construction, and engineering teams to facilitate a fully integrated quality management system.
