Job Description:**Subject: Quality Assurance Supervisor – HealthTech, TPA Position at Axon HealthTech**
Axon HealthTech, a rapidly expanding digital health organization dedicated to transforming access to affordable, quality healthcare throughout the MENA region via its Axon TPA and Axon Plus platforms, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor. This is a full-time position located in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of service quality and operational processes within HealthTech platforms, specifically in relation to Third-Party Administration (TPA) models. Key responsibilities include the establishment of quality control standards, the execution of audits, the identification and implementation of process improvements, and the assurance of full compliance with all relevant regulatory and client requirements within the healthcare and medical insurance sector.
Specific duties will encompass:
*   Supervising the daily activities of the quality assurance team within HealthTech-enabled medical operations.
*   Monitoring and evaluating the quality of claims processing, eligibility verification, medical coding, and customer service functions.
*   Developing and enforcing quality policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and audit frameworks specifically tailored to TPA operations.
*   Conducting internal audits and participating in external quality evaluations to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
*   Analyzing errors and service deficiencies across claims and provider management workflows, recommending and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
*   Collaborating with Information Technology (IT) and operational teams to enhance platform efficiency and data accuracy.
*   Providing training to staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
*   Maintaining meticulous records of audit findings, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions undertaken.
*   Coordinating with insurance partners, healthcare providers, and clients to address and resolve quality-related issues.
*   Ensuring adherence to ISO standards, HIPAA (if applicable), and local healthcare regulatory mandates.
Skills:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, or Health Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a TPA, HealthTech company, or medical insurance setting.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare claims lifecycle, ICD-10/CPT coding, eligibility rules, and medical service standards.
• Familiarity with HealthTech systems, claims automation platforms, and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Strong command of Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and quality tracking software.
