Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass the following areas:**

**I. Operational Oversight:**

* Oversee the daily operational activities of external cold storage facilities.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring punctual dispatch and receipt of goods.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and the utilization of cold storage capacity.
* Verify adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all third-party cold storage providers.
* Optimize storage configurations and handling protocols to enhance efficiency and minimize potential damage or loss.

**II. Quality Assurance:**

* Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee product integrity.
* Conduct routine audits and inspections of external cold storage facilities to evaluate temperature regulation, hygiene practices, product handling methods, and compliance with established quality benchmarks.
* Maintain comprehensive records pertaining to product quality, storage conditions, and inspection outcomes.
* Address any identified quality concerns in collaboration with suppliers, transportation entities, and relevant internal departments.

**III. Vendor & Supplier Management:**

* Manage and cultivate relationships with external cold storage service providers.
* Evaluate and select third-party cold storage providers based on compliance adherence, service excellence, and cost-effectiveness.
* Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations.

**IV. Regulatory Compliance & Safety:**

* Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO, and GMP.
* Ensure stringent adherence to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Report any incidents, deviations, or non-conformities and diligently pursue corrective action implementation.

**V. Reporting & Documentation:**

* Maintain meticulous documentation of storage conditions, inventory records, and operational reports.
* Provide regular reports detailing performance metrics, quality issues, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
