The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee performance, ensuring service quality, and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Quality Assurance:** Evaluate employee performance, review customer interactions to maintain quality standards, provide constructive feedback, and track quality metrics.
* **Human Resources:** Assist with recruitment processes, conduct employee onboarding, support attendance tracking and performance reviews, maintain employee records, and contribute to resolving employee issues.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in both quality assurance and human resources.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in data analysis and actionable feedback provision.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and HR software is desirable.
* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
