QHSE Manager

About the Role

We are hiring a QHSE Manager for a leading cookware manufacturing company. As the QHSE Manager, you will ensure that all products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and comply with local and international food safety and occupational health regulations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC planning, inspection reporting, sampling, and testing processes.
• Implement and monitor quality, safety, and environmental plans to ensure compliance with international standards and company policies.
• Supervise and evaluate QHSE staff performance, ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to verify materials’ compliance with specifications.
• Oversee inspections of production facilities, raw materials, and equipment before shipping.
• Review test data, certificates of conformity, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Lead internal audits across all production stages and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish and update QC procedures, testing plans, and quality sampling methodologies in line with ISO standards.
• Analyze inspection data using statistical tools and identify root causes of product defects or customer complaints.
• Supervise inspection teams and quality checkpoints across the production cycle.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental protection.
