QHSE Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country QHSE Manager to lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental functions across our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and client requirements while driving a strong safety culture across all projects and business units.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve the QHSE Management System in accordance with ISO standards.Lead country-wide initiatives to enhance safety culture, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability.Ensure full compliance with KSA regulatory authorities, including HSE, environmental, and occupational health requirements.Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis.Prepare and deliver QHSE KPI reports to senior management and clients.Lead emergency response planning and ensure readiness across projects.Manage QHSE training, competency programs, and awareness campaigns.Coordinate with project managers, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.Lead and mentor the QHSE team across all projects and facilities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting zero harm and best-practice quality standards.SkillsStrong leadership and ability to influence safety culture across multi-disciplinary teams.Deep understanding of mission-critical and Data Center safety requirements, including high-voltage systems, live environments, and critical infrastructure protocols.Excellent knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and integrated management systems (IMS).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct RCA, risk assessments.Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.Strong auditing capability and familiarity with quality assurance processes.Ability to manage emergency response planning and ensure operational readiness.High attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.Strong reporting capability, including KPI dashboards and executive-level presentations.Ability to train, mentor, and develop QHSE teams across multiple sites.Proficient in QHSE digital systems, incident management tools, and compliance platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.Apply Now
