**QA/QC Engineer**
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements in construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
* Conducting regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
* Reviewing and approving quality-related documentation, such as material submittals and testing reports.
* Monitoring and assessing construction activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.
* Identifying and documenting non-compliance issues and collaborating with project teams to develop corrective action plans.
* Conducting audits of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
* Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related documentation.
* Generating reports detailing QA/QC findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
* Providing timely updates to project stakeholders on quality performance.
* Providing guidance and training to project teams on QA/QC processes and requirements.
* Conducting workshops or seminars to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
* Remaining current with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
* Ensuring that construction activities align with local, state, and federal requirements.
* Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues.
* Participating in project meetings to provide input on QA/QC matters.
