Job Description
Review and comment on Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning related QA/QC documents such as Project Quality Plans / Quality Control Procedures /ITPs I MS I WPS / PQRs / QTs / Deviations / Material and Vendor Approvals, etc.,
Agree upon, monitor, and follow up with the contractors I Vendors for the timely submission and approval of all project QA/QC-related documents
Monitor the manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities at the vendor I suppliers works, by the review of TPI I TPC / Contractor’s inspection, expediting and procurement status reports, and highlight any issues to the QA/QC Engineer in a timely manner
Monitor project construction and commissioning activities, monitor QC inspector’s coverage of site inspection and surveillance activities, randomly participate in day-to-day inspection/testing activities and perform independent surveillance inspections, to ensure compliance to the project quality requirement
Provide active support to the project team in the review I finalization of various project documents and record templates I index such as; MRBs / Project Final Dossier / MCC / Pre-commissioning dossier, Test Packs·
Skills
QA/QC for Mechanical Activity QA/QC for Civil and Electrical activity on the project as well.Candidate must have a Bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical with at least 10 years of experience in QA/QC field. prefer to have experience in the field of water sector and construction activity of RO plant/STP plant etc. (Urgently Required)
