**Job Description:**

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/software through the implementation of rigorous testing and quality control processes. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
* Designing, executing, and documenting comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Conducting thorough testing of products/software to identify defects and areas for improvement.
* Utilizing defect tracking and management tools for logging, tracking, and verifying bug fixes.
* Performing statistical analysis and interpreting data to drive quality improvements.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the development process.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and methodologies.
* Providing regular reports on quality metrics and test results to stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in the software or manufacturing industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies.
* Proficiency in various testing techniques and strategies.
* Demonstrated experience with defect tracking and management tools.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation abilities.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the field.
* Proficiency in test automation tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle or manufacturing processes (depending on the specific focus).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) preferred.
* Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
