Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing company’s overall supply chain, logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

• Sourcing goods and negotiating prices.

• Coordinate with designer for the Artwork/Designs needed to produce goods.

 • Overseeing the goods storage process with third parties and our stores.

 • Ensure Smooth and effective delivery of E-Commerce goods to shipping agents.

 • Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.

 • Preparation of purchase orders; coordinating the process of purchasing and distribution; and comparing purchase orders.

 • Keeps all records regarding supplies. These include records on the costs of transportation, supplies, storage, damages, and any contracts. These records should be regularly updated during business.

 • Preparing reports on inventory and stock management.

 • Responsible for data entry in management software (Vend &Odoo).

• Track daily orders from E commerce channels as well as our stores.

 • Coordinate and track movement of goods (Vend &Odoo).

• Tracking and managing all clearance documents and requirements.

• Eventually, the candidate will create and maintain a good relationship with key suppliers to ensure products are high quality, good deal and delivered on time.
