Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations and management of assigned residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure optimal property condition and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Screen, select, and manage tenants, including handling lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Monitor property budgets, prepare financial reports, and manage expenses to ensure profitability.
- Address tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver high-quality property services.
- Support the sales and leasing team with property showings, marketing initiatives, and client communications.
