**Role Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key clients and real estate developers to drive sales. The role requires providing expert guidance to clients throughout the homebuying process, ensuring a seamless experience. Candidates must maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and developments, providing clients with accurate and timely information. Proactive networking and referral generation are essential for expanding the customer base. Collaboration with a high-performing team to achieve sales targets is expected.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum six months of experience in the Dubai real estate market with demonstrated market knowledge.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
* A driven and self-motivated approach.
* Valid UAE driving license.
* Commitment to staying informed on market trends and developments.
* Proactive approach to referral generation.
* Collaborative attitude.
