Job Description:The organization is currently recruiting a proactive and highly organized **Projects & Property Coordinator** to facilitate the daily operational requirements of the department. This position encompasses the management of asset documentation, scheduling activities, and the maintenance of effective communication channels between internal departments and external stakeholders. The successful applicant will demonstrate robust administrative capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrable experience in property or facilities coordination.

**Core Responsibilities Include:**

* Maintaining precise records, reviewing data, compiling reports, and initiating appropriate action as required.
* Communicating operational deviations, compliance matters, and process improvement opportunities to the Line Manager.
* Administering and updating contact databases for brand, landlord, and leasing teams.
* Scheduling meetings, managing attendance records, and monitoring annual leave balances on a monthly basis.
* Serving as a liaison between internal departments (assets, leasing, projects) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
* Maintaining comprehensive records of correspondence pertaining to operational disruptions, damages, permits, renewals, closures, and other property-related inquiries.
* Overseeing and tracking documentation for store openings, licensing procedures, advertising permits, and waste management contracts.
* Creating, updating, and maintaining trackers, spreadsheets, and landlord contact lists in real-time.
* Coordinating with the leasing department to ensure the currency of approvals, renewals, and property documentation.

Skills:

Education
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, or similar).

Experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in administration, property coordination,  project managment or similar.

Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
