This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects for diverse clients and internal 34ML product initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure timely project completion.
* Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, account managers, and clients.
* Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status updates, and retrospective analyses.
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and potential impediments.
* Ensure accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, timelines, and project outcomes.
* Monitor and report on project progress utilizing Agile methodology.
* Foster accountability and ownership among team members while cultivating a collaborative team environment.
* Support quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
* Utilize relevant tools and metrics (e.g., Gantt charts, velocity tracking, cycle time analysis) to enhance project tracking and improve overall productivity.
