– Overall in charge of the site and project supervision team.
– Implementation of all construction obligations (technical & contractual) during mobilization, course of construction works
and completion stage.
– Inspection of site for progress as per programme, quality controls, clarifications and work approvals.
– Review of shop drawings, material submittals, reply to RFI’s, inspection requests etc.
– Preparing correspondences, minutes of meeting, payment certificates, snag lists etc.
– Monitoring material procurement schedule.
– Monitor and control the project to make sure that it is completed within the contractual period and budget.
– Monitor and control the full testing and commissioning process.
– Review and approve all project close out documents.
