Job Description:**Subject: Project Execution Engineer Opportunity – Dammam, Saudi Arabia**

Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a qualified Project Execution Engineer to join our Order Execution team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to our continued growth and commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

As Project Execution Engineer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of key contracts within the Oil and Gas sector, leveraging your expertise to deliver optimal value. You will uphold our Principle-Based Management (PBM®) philosophy, emphasizing value creation, continuous improvement, and principled entrepreneurship.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan and optimize the deployment of internal and external resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
* Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to contractual deadlines.
* Oversee financial aspects of projects, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer communications.
* Manage and optimize project budgets.
* Coordinate the project team with relevant technical resources.
* Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
* Participate in project kick-off meetings, site visits, and close-out meetings.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory standards.
* Prepare and submit reports to the Order Execution Manager.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Technical Discipline).
* Proven experience in a similar Project Execution role, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines, with a strong commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and a proactive approach.
* Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia (approximately 25-30%) and occasionally internationally.

* Autonomous and well-organized working style.
* Experience working with multinational customers and vendors.
* Strong understanding of contract management and cost control principles.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
