Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineering Manager to join our team. The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all engineering projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Project Engineering Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Developing project plans and timelines, and ensuring all project deliverables are met
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to senior management
- Conducting regular reviews and evaluations of project performance, and implementing process improvements as needed
- Ensuring that all engineering projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Providing technical guidance and support to project team members
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on engineering projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
