Job Description:**Sales/Project Coordinator**

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales/Project Coordinator to be based in Dubai. This role entails coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution, ensure timely progress, maintain comprehensive documentation, and monitor costs, quality adherence, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, superior communication proficiency, and a proven track record in project coordination within the building materials or furniture fittings sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Project Planning and Coordination:** Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Accounts) and external stakeholders (Clients, Contractors, Consultants) to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project progression against established timelines and proactively address any potential delays.
* **Documentation, Reporting, and Communication:** Maintain precise project documentation, including Minutes of Meetings (MOM), approvals, and change requests. Serve as the primary communication liaison between departments and clients. Generate and disseminate weekly/monthly progress reports.
* **Procurement and Material Coordination:** Oversee procurement activities, deliveries, and stock requirements. Align material availability with project schedules to prevent disruptions.
* **Quality and Compliance Monitoring:** Verify that projects adhere to company standards, specifications, and relevant safety guidelines. Track and finalize project Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) prior to handover.
* **Financial Coordination:** Monitor project costs in relation to budgetary allocations (specifically for local coating materials). Assist with billing milestones, invoicing processes, and the diligent follow-up on client payments.
* **Risk and Issue Management:** Address client communications, requests for clarification, and approval processes throughout the project lifecycle. Cultivate strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within the building materials, furniture fittings, or construction industries.
* Demonstrable experience in the furniture fittings or building materials sector (e.g., screws, metal profiles, ironmongery) and exposure to major projects involving developers.
* Exceptional organizational and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
* Outstanding communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a beneficial asset.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, perform effectively under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
