Job Description: **Project Control Scheduler – Position Specification**
A qualified Project Control Scheduler is sought with a minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in project scheduling, project controls, or a commensurate discipline. Mandatory requirements include demonstrated project management experience and current PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. The successful candidate will possess advanced expertise in scheduling frameworks, methodologies, and associated tools, including but not limited to Primavera P6, MS Project, Agile methodologies, and Critical Path Method. Superior analytical capabilities and the capacity to interpret intricate project data are essential. Furthermore, applicants must exhibit exceptional communication and stakeholder management proficiencies, alongside mastery of project management software and tools pertinent to resource planning and cost control. Highly developed organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are also required. Preferred qualifications encompass prior experience within the oil and gas, construction, or energy sectors; familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other relevant project control methodologies; knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies; and a postgraduate degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
