MiracleFeet is an international non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating clubfoot as a leading cause of physical disability worldwide. With over two million children affected by untreated clubfoot and an estimated 175,000 new cases annually, MiracleFeet utilizes the Ponseti method, a non-surgical intervention with a 95% success rate at a cost of under $500 per child. Since 2010, MiracleFeet has provided quality clubfoot treatment to over 121,000 children across 39 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa, operating through 526 clinics and employing a scalable model supported by custom measurement and evaluation tools. Despite these efforts, fewer than one in five children currently has access to treatment.

**Summary of Position**

The Program Field Officer (PFO) will contribute to the facilitation, development, and implementation of national programs dedicated to the equitable and timely treatment of clubfoot in Indonesia. The PFO will assist the program team in scaling MiracleFeet’s Indonesia program, maintaining communication with field partners and stakeholders, and monitoring MiracleFeet-supported clubfoot treatment initiatives. This includes staying abreast of relevant issues, trends, and policies related to clubfoot and public health, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and participating in collaborative efforts. The PFO will also contribute to cross-programmatic and organizational activities. The PFO will report to the Program Manager (PM), South Asia. This position is based in Indonesia.

**Essential Functions**

* **Program Development, Monitoring, and Strategic Planning:**
* Support MiracleFeet’s expansion efforts in Indonesia, including the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of program and partner activities.
* Assist in developing and advancing partnerships and growing MiracleFeet’s network of strategic allies.
* Cultivate strong relationships with project partners, providing programmatic assistance and supportive guidance.
* Facilitate and maintain due diligence in sourcing, screening, selecting, evaluating, and strengthening current and prospective partners.
* Guide partners towards sustainability and impactful operations beyond MiracleFeet’s funding, while promoting advocacy with key government leaders, Ministry of Health, and other decision-makers.
* Ensure alignment of clubfoot programs with MiracleFeet’s core values and the RunFree2030 Global Plan.
* Actively support MiracleFeet’s organizational activities, events, and campaigns.
* Provide ongoing support and capacity building to partners, offering direction and guidance aligned with MiracleFeet’s strategic approach.
* Collaborate with Indonesia partners to develop plans ensuring growth, quality, and sustainability, including guidance on scopes of work, budgets, work plans, and grant agreements.
* Work closely with Indonesia partners to develop plans to further improve quality of treatment as well as outreach, identification and referral processes, and treatment compliance.
* Contribute to integrating clubfoot treatment into Indonesian public health systems by strengthening health systems, identifying opportunities for workforce development, information systems integration, and access to services.
* Assist partners in data-driven decision-making through analysis of program outcomes, utilizing tools such as Salesforce and CommCare.
* Provide support to the Application Systems Analyst, aiding in data collection and utilization for decision-making.
* Offer programmatic support to partners to achieve Key Performance Indicators adopted by MiracleFeet and the Global Clubfoot Initiative.
* Advise partners on best practices in organizational effectiveness, governance, leadership, and strategic planning.
* Review partners’ financial reports to ensure alignment with program activities and plans.

* **Contribute to General Program Management Knowledge:**
* Collaborate with the Programs Team to develop and implement best practices in public health and clubfoot management, including parent education, outreach, and advocacy.
* Monitor relevant literature, articles, events, and news related to clubfoot treatment and expansion in Indonesia.
* Assist in refining and implementing MiracleFeet’s organizational priorities and strategic approaches.
* Monitor developments in the public health field to identify emerging needs and opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to facilitate regional and thematic knowledge-exchange.
* Work collaboratively with MiracleFeet team members and partners on cross-program projects, such as conference presentations, fundraising, and support for general program initiatives.
* Support the implementation of MiracleFeet innovation projects in compliance with partner countries’ national policies.
* Participate in organization-wide initiatives, including working groups or task forces.
