Job Description:**Subject: Program Director – Industrial / Manufacturing Opportunity at Parsons**

Parsons is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Director to lead the Industrial / Advanced Manufacturing sub-sector. This leadership role entails providing strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects involving factory and production facilities within the advanced manufacturing, automotive, intelligent devices, and semiconductor industries. The Program Director will be responsible for driving excellence throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness, while cultivating strong client relationships and fostering sector growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Define and implement the overarching strategy for advanced manufacturing and industrial projects within the designated sub-sector.
* Provide visionary leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary project and program teams.
* Oversee the complete lifecycle of major projects, including factory design, construction, commissioning, and operational transition.
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Parsons’ quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
* Implement industry best practices for advanced manufacturing environments, focusing on operational efficiency and technology integration.
* Support business development activities, including bid preparation, client presentations, and pursuit leadership.
* Develop and maintain robust client relationships, identifying opportunities for sector expansion.
* Structure, manage, and optimize large, diverse project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Coach, mentor, and develop internal talent to enhance organizational capabilities.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
* Navigate and coordinate complex stakeholder requirements across technical, contractual, and regulatory interfaces.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 20 years of experience in delivering industrial, manufacturing, or advanced production facility projects.
* Demonstrated success in factory design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in sectors such as automotive, semiconductors, intelligent devices, or advanced manufacturing.
* Significant experience in program management, including leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and financial management proficiency.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead in complex technical, contractual, and multi-stakeholder environments.

**Desired Qualifications:**

* Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Experience delivering projects for global manufacturers or high-tech production facilities.
* Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, and smart factory concepts.
* Experience working with major government entities, giga-projects, or large-scale development programs.
* Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG requirements, and operational efficiency principles.
