Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Section Head (Solvent-Based) to lead and manage solvent-based paint production operations. The role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, safety compliance, and alignment with production plans.

• Lead and supervise all solvent-based production activities on a daily basis.
• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
• Manage production teams including engineers, supervisors, and labor workers.
• Monitor and improve machine utilization, productivity, and downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
• Coordinate with Planning, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
• Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Control material usage and minimize waste and losses.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the section.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
