Job Description:**Position: Production & Planning Manager**
Our organization, a leading manufacturer of Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) products, seeks a highly qualified Production & Planning Manager to direct and optimize manufacturing operations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring alignment with corporate objectives pertaining to efficiency, quality assurance, and business expansion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise the comprehensive production lifecycle, maintaining seamless and efficient daily operations.
* Formulate and execute production plans that fulfill customer requisitions and optimize resource allocation.
* Collaborate extensively with procurement, inventory management, maintenance, and quality control departments.
* Analyze production metrics, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement remedial actions to enhance overall performance.
* Ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
* Provide leadership, motivation, and professional development opportunities for production teams to achieve operational targets.
* Identify opportunities for process enhancement and cost minimization, while upholding stringent quality standards.
* Proactively manage and resolve production challenges, bottlenecks, and operational delays.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Previous experience in WPC, plastic, or wood manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong command of English and computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
