Manage and direct all facets of daily production operations within the wood factory, ensuring operational efficiency and the delivery of high-quality output. Develop and execute production schedules to facilitate the timely achievement of manufacturing objectives. Oversee and optimize the allocation of resources, encompassing personnel, raw materials, and equipment. Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to production teams to foster performance excellence and maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to maintain stringent product standards and promptly resolve any quality control discrepancies. Analyze production metrics and generate comprehensive reports to discern trends, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend areas for process enhancement. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to assure equipment reliability and minimize periods of operational downtime. Implement and enforce all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, adhering to established industry benchmarks. Spearhead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall productivity, minimizing waste generation, and optimizing cost-effectiveness. Liaise with departments responsible for supply chain management, procurement, and logistics to facilitate a seamless workflow and ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials.
