Job Description:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of furniture products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation plans to meet business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and quality assurance to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing principles and best practices across all production activities.
