Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement daily and weekly production plans and schedules according to market needs.

Supervise production teams on the lines and monitor performance to ensure achievement of targets.

Monitor product quality throughout all stages of manufacturing and ensure compliance with standard specifications.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Follow up on the efficiency of raw material usage and minimize waste and losses.

Apply occupational health and safety procedures within production areas.

Prepare daily and weekly production reports, identify operational issues, and propose appropriate solutions.

Contribute to the development of new products in collaboration with the R&D and Quality departments.

Train workers and supervisors to enhance their technical and productivity skills.

Supervise the cleanliness of production lines and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
