Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Operations: Implement and refine manufacturing processes, particularly within Die Casting, to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ensure Quality: Oversee stringent Quality Control measures, ensuring all products meet exceptional standards and customer specifications.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute production schedules, resource allocation plans, and capacity planning to meet ambitious production targets.
• Technical Mastery: Apply deep Engineering expertise, especially in Mechanical Engineering, to troubleshoot complex issues, improve machinery uptime, and drive technological advancements.
• Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, optimizing expenditures while ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
