Job Description:**Subject: Production Manager Position – Metal Furniture Factory, Badr City, Egypt**

The Metal Furniture Factory is seeking a highly qualified Production Manager to oversee all facets of the manufacturing process, from the receipt of raw materials to the dispatch of finished goods. The successful candidate will lead a team of supervisors and production personnel, ensuring efficient manufacturing practices, adherence to stringent quality standards, and the timely completion of production schedules.

Key responsibilities include: the development and implementation of production plans and schedules to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines; supervision, training, and motivation of the production team, including performance evaluations and identification of training requirements; establishment and enforcement of rigorous quality control standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications; analysis of production processes to identify and implement improvements based on lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; ensuring proper maintenance of all machinery and equipment and the implementation of comprehensive factory safety protocols; coordination with purchasing and logistics departments to guarantee the timely availability of raw materials and components, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages; and the preparation and presentation of regular reports on production output, quality metrics, and overall performance for senior management review.
