Job Description:**الخيار:**
Coordinate with managerial staff to establish objectives and ascertain requirements. Develop cost estimates and formulate budgetary plans. Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff, including quality control personnel and production workers. Determine the requisite allocation of resources, encompassing workforce and raw materials. Authorize maintenance operations and procurement of equipment. Guarantee adherence to established quality standards for output. Enforce compliance with health and safety protocols. Submit reports to senior management.
Skills:
- Proven experience as production Manager
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
