Direct and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient operations and adherence to established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities encompass: collaborating with management to define objectives and requirements; developing cost estimates and budgets; organizing workflow to achieve specifications and meet deadlines; monitoring production processes to identify and resolve potential issues; supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel, including quality inspectors and workers; determining resource requirements, such as manpower and raw materials; approving maintenance activities and equipment procurement; ensuring output compliance with quality standards; enforcing health and safety regulations; and reporting progress and relevant matters to senior management.
Skills:
- Proven experience as production director
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
