Job Description:Assume responsibility for the following duties:
Monitor and optimize production processes to maintain consistent efficiency and adherence to quality standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve production-related issues; assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment; analyze production data and generate comprehensive reports to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure adherence to all applicable safety, environmental, and quality regulations within the production area; support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for all production activities; coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize operational downtime; assist in the training of operators and junior staff in proper equipment operation and safety protocols; and contribute to the attainment of established production targets and key performance indicators.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
