Production Coordinator – Creative Event Delivery

Overview:  An award-winning experiential design and production company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Production Coordinator to support on-site operations for a creative event installation. The firm combines artistry, design, and technical precision to produce immersive spaces and memorable brand experiences.  This is a one-month on-site role suited for candidates experienced in logistics coordination, crew scheduling, and supplier communication within live events or production environments.  The Role: The Production Coordinator acts as the central communication point between technical, creative, and operations teams, ensuring all departments are aligned in schedule, resource allocation, and deliverables.  Responsibilities: Coordinate daily crew schedules, call sheets, and production timelines. Liaise between internal departments and vendors for logistics, materials, and permits. Track progress of setup, rehearsals, and event readiness. Maintain documentation, production reports, and cost tracking. Support Technical Manager and Production Lead in daily briefings and task follow-ups. Assist with on-site troubleshooting and issue escalation.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field. 2-5 years’ experience in production coordination or event operations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong understanding of event workflows and terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.  Nice to Have: Background in creative or design-focused event companies. Experience working with international technical crews.  Salary: Competitive Salary, based on experience.  Location: On-site, Saudi Arabia.  Benefits: Flights, accommodation, meals, and transport provided.
