**Role Description:**
The Product Operations professional will collaborate with Product Teams to define and execute a high-impact roadmap aligned with company goals. This individual will build and optimize scalable processes to support Huspy’s hyper-growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include identifying key product, operational, and growth opportunities, researching new features and improvements to enhance the customer experience, and managing critical vendor relationships. The successful candidate will also develop performance tracking systems to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
**Candidate Profile:**
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects. Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and an interest in the real estate industry are essential.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in Proptech, a STEM degree from a top university, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for Huspy’s mission are highly desirable.
