Job Description:
- Promote and demonstrate medical devices to healthcare professionals, providing in-depth product knowledge and technical support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of medical devices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective product strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
- Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotations, and product presentations tailored to client needs.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of medical devices at client sites.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to represent the company and showcase products.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and product performance for management review.
