**Position Overview: Technical Product Owner, Crypto**
The Product team at Revolut is instrumental in shaping user experiences by transforming complex challenges into scalable solutions through collaborative efforts across design, engineering, and data analytics. Within this team, the Crypto division is at the forefront of developing next-generation digital asset products. The Technical Product Owner will define the architecture and feature roadmap for Revolut’s cryptocurrency infrastructure and trading capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative experiences for the user base. This role entails collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury teams to deliver regulated, production-grade systems operating on a global scale, while driving innovation in financial technology.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the entire product lifecycle for cryptocurrency features and new product offerings.
* Define product specifications for secure, scalable systems.
* Manage integration with third-party infrastructure, including liquidity venues, custodians, and market data providers.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Treasury departments to develop resilient, compliant features incorporating real-time financial and regulatory logic.
* Utilize data analysis and user research to identify areas for improvement, investigate anomalies, and optimize pricing, latency, and user experience.
* Support readiness for new asset classes, geographic expansions, and regulatory compliance.
**Qualifications:**
* A minimum of three years of experience in product ownership or technical product management within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial infrastructure sectors.
* Comprehensive understanding of backend architecture and financial systems.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering high-performance systems within regulated environments.
* Familiarity with cryptocurrency or traditional trading mechanics.
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align effectively with multiple internal teams.
* Proficiency in analytical thinking and structured data, along with experience in system design discussions.
**Desired Attributes:**
* Experience working with digital asset products in the fintech or cryptocurrency domains.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptoassets.
* Hands-on experience with prototyping tools or user testing frameworks.
* Interest in behavioral design or gamified product mechanics.
