Job Description :

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trendsDevelop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s overall goals and objectivesDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and commercializationDefine and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and demand for commercial productsDefine and manage product pricing, positioning strategies and messaging, with ensuring consistency across all marketing channelsMonitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growthDevelop and manage marketing budgets, and track and report on marketing performance and ROIMonitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growthDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry experts to ensure successful development, launch, and commercialization of new products Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to commercial product management

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the Consumer Electronics or Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) industryStrong analytical skills (Data analysis Skills) and ability to use data to drive decision-makingStrong presentation skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsAbility to use Power PI & Microsoft Excel professionallyProven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies for commercial productsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
