We’re seeking candidates who embody our values: Innovative, driven to keep learning; Caring, genuinely compassionate in their work; and Collaborative, eager to solve problems together. If you want to be part of a team that cares about impact, this is the place for you. Key Responsibilities: I.  Strategic Marketing & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive annual and long-range marketing plans for the assigned pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market needs. Conduct continuous market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and SWOT analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate threats within the therapeutic area. Collaborate with Global Marketing and R&D teams on lifecycle management and potential future indications for the product portfolio.  II. Sales Performance & Financial Management Monitor product performance closely, analyzing sales data, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly and quarterly. Lead the annual forecasting and budgeting process for the assigned portfolio, ensuring financial accuracy and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Develop and implement contingency and corrective action plans swiftly to address any underperformance or competitive shifts. Determine and manage product pricing strategies in collaboration with pricing and access teams to optimize profitability and market access.  III.  Market Access & Stakeholder Engagement Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), treating physicians, and patient advocacy groups within the therapeutic community. Collaborate closely with Market Access teams to support reimbursement strategies and secure optimal formulary placement for key products. Lead the development and execution of major promotional campaigns, advisory boards, and medical education programs targeting relevant specialists.  IV.  Promotional Content & Team Enablement Oversee the creation and regulatory approval of all promotional and medical materials (digital, print, and video), ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations. Serve as the product expert for the organization, providing detailed, up-to-date product and disease state training to the sales force, medical, and access teams. Manage external agencies and vendors involved in developing marketing initiatives and materials.   Qualifications:We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Pharmacy or a related field. Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Pharmaceutical as a Product Management or Brand Management. Prior experience in the cardiovascular disease (CVD) therapeutic area is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling commercial strategies.
