The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences for our product suite, including client portals and back-office systems, from conceptualization to implementation. This individual will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate intricate fintech processes into intuitive and visually appealing solutions. The role requires leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and usability testing to inform design strategies and facilitate rapid iteration. Responsibilities include the creation of high-fidelity mockups, detailed interaction specifications, and comprehensive design documentation. Furthermore, the candidate will contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products, and contribute to the strategic direction of the product by identifying UX opportunities and design improvements.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**

* Significant expertise in both UX and UI design principles.
* Proven experience in the creation, maintenance, and scaling of design systems.
* Demonstrated proficiency in conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing methodologies.
* Experience designing for both B2B and B2C product environments.
* Solid understanding of mobile application interface design for iOS and Android platforms.
* Experience with AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow and productivity.
* A demonstrable history of designing complex systems for SaaS platforms.
* The ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Experience in the fintech or payments industry is highly desirable.
