Job Description:Engine by Starling is seeking a Product Consultant to join the Client Solutions Division and contribute to the establishment, growth, and scaling of our business in the Middle East. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an early member of the regional team and participate in various phases of the client lifecycle, including business development, client discovery, and implementation. The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and will contribute to expanding our client base in the region while collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to shape the product roadmap. This individual will cultivate strong relationships with consulting and implementation partners and support the successful deployment of the Engine platform for clients in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in client-facing roles, consulting, or the technology sector, preferably within financial services, and demonstrate the ability to rapidly understand client needs and present structured solutions. A technical aptitude, self-motivation, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
