Job Description:**The incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with University procurement policies and procedures, maintaining and updating the supplier database, upholding transparency and cost-effectiveness in all procurement activities, coordinating daily procurement processes, executing the procurement of goods and services, assisting in the preparation of procurement documentation, collecting quotations, verifying supplier reliability, managing procurement requests, resolving contractual issues with vendors, inspecting and recording deliveries, processing payment requests, following up on payment releases, maintaining the stock register, updating follow-up sheets, and performing additional tasks as assigned.**
Skills:
Education, Professional Knowledge & Experience
• Degree in accounting, business management or similar field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
Behavioral and Leadership Profile
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid time management.
• Good analytical skills.
• High follow up-oriented behavior.
Language Skills:
Excellent command of English & Arabic.
Computer Skills:
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
