The company seeks a seasoned and proactive Procurement Manager to direct all procurement operations for a significant MEP and ELV stadium development project within Saudi Arabia. The successful applicant will be accountable for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply chain to guarantee the punctual and economical provision of materials, equipment, and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Formulate and execute project-specific procurement strategies that conform to the project timeline and financial plan.
* Identify, assess, and prequalify potential suppliers and subcontractors for MEP and ELV works.
* Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), analyze submitted bids, and conduct commercial negotiations.
* Coordinate with the engineering and planning departments to ensure the prompt release of material and equipment requisitions.
* Supervise procurement tracking systems and monitor supplier performance concerning quality and on-time delivery.
* Ensure adherence to contractual stipulations, technical specifications, and established procurement protocols.
* Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and logistical planning.
* Control project procurement expenditures and support value engineering initiatives.
* Liaise with the commercial department for budgeting, forecasting, and variation order support.
* Maintain comprehensive procurement records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
