Procurement Manager

Brief Description:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize all procurement operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient sourcing of materials and services while maintaining the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines. The role includes developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and enhancing supply chain efficiency to support the company’s strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop purchasing and supply chain strategies.Supervise purchasing, sourcing, and contract operations.Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best terms and prices.Monitor inventory levels and enhance operational efficiency.Prepare periodic reports and track overall departmental performance.Develop and guide teams within the department.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Previous experience in construction companies, large-scale projects, tendering, contracts, and similar activities.Strong knowledge of procurement systems and supplier management.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to procurement and contracts.Location: Company Head Office – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
