Job Summary

Responsible for implementing efficient procurement practices that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

The role supports the Procurement Manager with tendering, spend analysis, vendor relations, and contract management.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
Identify and execute value-creation opportunities.
Review, clarify, and act on purchase requests.
Ensure supplier compliance with quality and timelines.
Adhere to internal procurement workflows and audit protocols.
Maintain ethical dealings with vendors.
Source suppliers for Food and Non-Food categories.
Support continuous improvement of procurement practices.
