Job Location: KSA.Years of experience: 5-8+ years.Project duration: 6 Months. Job Description:Monitoring the implementation of financial plans, performing risk assessments, and adjusting as needed. Documenting financial processes and presenting progress reports. Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management.Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Review and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.Monitor and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and expense management.Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Provide guidance and support to finance team members on processes and policies.Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Knowledge of Business Process Management for both. For Real Estate / Construction, he/she should have previous experience working in such a sector. For Finance, must have a knowledge of finance and accounting principles and have done this exercise before.Proven experience in finance roles with a focus on process improvement or policy development.Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.Proficiency in using financial software systems (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required.Effective communication skills to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
