Wood, a globally recognized leader in consulting and engineering services, seeks a highly qualified Principal Procurement professional to contribute to our project team supporting Ma’aden’s strategic gold mine and processing facility in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term, site-based position with an initial assignment at either our Riyadh or Al-Khobar office, preceding eventual site mobilization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement execution, including the management of major purchase orders, supplier relationships, and vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate tendering processes, evaluation of bids, and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
* Monitor vendor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Provide support for expediting and logistics coordination.
* Maintain accurate procurement records and generate comprehensive reports.

**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 15 years of procurement experience within EPC/EPCM environments.
* Demonstrated proficiency in vendor management and communication.
